The video should provide you with the proper strategy for the fight, but we feel that it is important to also ... The quest and ability to get green fire aren't going away with 6.0 or WoD. Only the achievement is going away (changing to a FoS and title for those that have it done before 6.0). If you want green fire but don't care about the FoS or title, I bet it'll be tons easier to get at level 100 vs now.

I've been playing for about 3 weeks now, and I'm currently lv97 on my Warlock. I'm really interested in getting the green fire, so I farmed the tome and did the quest-line until the boss. All the mobs have been lv90 and I've pretty much one-shot everything until the final boss. However, once the boss encounter starts, he has been one-shotting me. This item begins a quest titled “ The Unusual Tome “. The Codex of Xerrath has a very low drop rate from killing the Krasarang Wilds Patch 5.1 Landfall mobs. Check out the official World of Warcraft website to see which mobs drop it. It’s said the Sealed Tome of the Lost Legion will drop from Isle of Thunder mobs and elite mobs, too.If you closed the pop-up window with the quest Reader for the Dead Tongue, go to your faction's main city and speak to a Warlock trainer to pick up the quest If you abandoned part of the questline taking place in the Black Temple, head back to the front gate of the Black Temple to enter the scenario and take the quests again ….

I’m trying to fight the final boss (Kanrethad) and I get instakilled any time he summons the imps. I stole the pit lord from him, stun him with the charge, and then use the pit lord flame breath on the imps, but they kill me in less than 2 seconds flat.
